My trip to Costa Rica

My name is Alana Morrison and I am raising money for a trip to Costa Rica. I have been on a journey recently to improve myself and part of that is stepping outside my comfort zone to do the kind of things that can feel genuinely rewarding.
   About two and a half years ago I met Bryan and despite the short time we've known each other he has had an amazing impact on my life. He is truly an amazing person and his capacity to care for others is just part of that. He recently finished his time in the peace corps and is now traveling through Panama and Costa Rica. We only had a few short months together before his departure, but he has never really left me. We do stay in contact when we can. Every time we do talk we always discuss my getting a chance to visit. The only major thing holding me back is my lack of funds. Being young with bills and working minimum wage restaurant jobs does not make the dream of an overseas trip very accessible. I hope to do something that could inspire genuine happiness and breaking from my routine and getting to see the world I usually just dream about could do just that.  
   I'm just figuring out what I want to do with my life and trying to make a career as an artist is definitely straining financially. I hope one day I will be able to travel as much as my heart desires but until then I will hope for help from other wonderful people.
