Assist Chris's Family Through Their Loss

Hello friends, family and community. My name is Bob Hezel and I grew up with Chris Taylor as one of my best friends since grade school. As many of you know, Chris had suffered from a severe seizure disorder for over a decade. After multiple brain surgeries and numerous medications, the last 3 years proved to be the most difficult for him. As a result of one of the surgeries he suffered from Trigeminal neuralgia which caused excruciating pain. Chris fought so hard but with great sadness he ultimately and unexpectedly succumbed to his disorder and passed away on June 6th. Chris leaves behind his wife Lauren and their 3 young boys: Ethan, Cameron and Gavin whom he loved beyond measure. Chris was a great friend, loving husband and father, and he will be missed.

Lauren was unable to work for the last few years so that she could take care of Chris who required full time assistance. At this difficult time with residual medical bills and end of life services including traveling back to Whidbey for a memorial, financial assistance is needed. We are asking for our community's support to help lighten the burden as much as we can for Lauren and the boys. Any support is greatly appreciated.
