Assist Jeff in meeting end of Life costs

Hello, I'm Jeff. Approximately 2 years ago I fell ill and was recently diagnosed with terminal CPFE. I'm currently on pallative care with a life expectancy of <1 year. Unfortunately due to circumstances I will not be able to undergo double Lung transplant surgery. I'm trying to raise money for my cremation, end of life expenses to help ease the burden on my 4 Children.. Please find it in your heart to help don't want my kids to be expense.
