Joseph was only with the team in Vandalia briefly, but in his short time he built many friendships in the company, in addition to the many friends he had in the Vandalia community. He quickly earned the nickname “Tigger” with his energetic attitude. Team members who have known Joseph for many years have shared great stories about him – he loved to dance, rap to a great beat, lift others up, and he was 3 years sober as of this year.

Joseph was excited and very appreciative of his opportunity to work in an industry that he loved.
