Assist Patrice's Family in Their Time of Need

On Friday, June 21st, my youngest sister Patrice, a mother of 6, passed away suddenly at the age of 31 from a heart condition that she suffered from. She recently found out that her heart was only working at 20%. She was found unresponsive in her bedroom by her children, and was transported to the hospital where she unfortunately died.
