Battling Kidney Issues

I was diagnosed with large kidney stone that won't come out. Hospital drs put in nephrostomy tube to save the kidney which had swollen due to blockage. I was sent home with this tube and stone with no way to follow up with outpatient care. Its been three weeks and the stone and tube are still there. I tried to get help from other hospitals and was turned down, told unless its an emergency I have to pay urologist for outpatient care or leave tube in until it gets infected.
Well that's what happened, the tube got infected. I again went to hospital that put the tube in and was brought in under observation. They treated the infection. Said they would do surgery to remove remove both the stone and the tube. It was set up for Friday morning.
Then I was told I had to pay Dr 2400 in full or no surgery. Since I couldn't pay it surgery was canceled and I was going to be sent home with the tube again. We are currently trying to get it worked out between medicare part a and hospital.
