Help for Jeffrey

My brother Jeffrey fell in September. He went to Baptist Hospital in Little Rock Ar 70 miles one way from home. He was there for 2 weeks then sent to a rehab hospital for three weeks and is now in a nursing home facility 60 miles one way from home.
He has a pad to talk with Facebook but if i dont see him about once a week he gets homesick and doesn't open it. That worries me and I drive up there and he was just homesick and sad.
Our only transportation is a 1995 chevy suburban that smokes and has to have oil added about every 100 miles. I am in need of money to do a few repairs on it and buy gasoline since it only gets about 9 miles per gallon.
I am not in good health at all and after heart surgery I am supposed to go to cardiac rehab to build strength to slowly build my heart strength as i currently have 40% ejection fraction or function of my heart and that makes it hard to do repairs myself.
Please help me be able to see my brother and get to my cardiac rehab appointments.
I think i can get the repairs done for $500 or close to that.
The rest would be for gas and medicine since my heart and other meds have been running right at $200 / month.
I am asking for $1500 to get repairs and the next few months to see my brother Jeffrey and keep him from shutting down emotionally :(
