Black Mom of 3 fleeing abusive Ex to safety

I am black mom fleeing an abusive relationship. I have 3 children, one of which is special needs. I actually had a long term plan to leave him, but he found out my plans and his abusive behavior escalated so we had to flee in the middle of the night. I was able to sustain for a week but the situation has since turned dire and I absolutely cannot return home safely. He has broken in and taken up residency and refuses to leave, the police allowed him to break a window to get in and have stated that he doesn't have to leave. I have to forfeit my deposit, pay to break my lease, and abandon all of my children's and I belongings. I have found safe housing but it's in another state. I really need help funding my escape from these unsafe conditions. Anything is better than nothing and my family and I would be grateful for even just a dollar!
