Brayden's Battle Back to Health

Hi Friends, My name is Pam Weaver. This account is being set up for all of us who are friends with the Greer family. As you may know Brayden was involved in a fall down a wet flight of stairs Friday morning, April 21st. He is at Hermann Memorial in Houston with a long road to recovery ahead of him. So I say, let's jump into action! There is a huge community of faithful friends who are praying. The Greers believe in the power of prayer, and look to the guidance of The Lord in all they do, but as we know it takes money to be able to provide the care that Braydon will need. Wade and Brandye are at his side, and will continue to be with him until he is fully recovered.

Here is a word from Brandye; As many already know Brayden Greer fell down some wet stairs early Friday morning. He suffered severe head injuries. He under went emergency surgery yesterday afternoon at Hermann hospital to remove pressure and stop the bleeding on his brain. He has skull fractures on the left side and had the right side of his skull removed to ease pressure and the bleed. Surgery was a success. CT scans last night looked good.

He has a very long way to go but we know our God is able and was already working on our baby before he hit the ground. As a 21 year old on his own we are teaming up to fight with him because that’s what we do!

Overnight he was taken off of the ventilator and is 100% breathing on his own.

As helpless as Wade Greer Baylor Greer and I all feel, we feel your prayers and know that Brayden does as well. Please keep them coming because this will be a long path without God and we go nowhere without Him. My baby, my son, my best friend is fighting and fighting hard!! We need everyone to pray and continue to pray. Thank you and love to you all.
