Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money through a team relay triathlon with my nephew David and good friend Jane. It takes place at Eastbourne on Father’s Day this year.

It is in aid of St Wilfrid's Hospice (Eastbourne) and every donation will help. St Wilfrid’s carers were a huge support to an our lovely dad and grandad Brian and our family during his illness.
