Bring Closure: Memorial for James D. Perren

Help Us Bring Closure and Honor Our Beloved Father

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

I am reaching out with a heavy heart to share our family's story and to ask for your support during this incredibly difficult time. My husband, James D. Perren, though absent from our lives for the past 10 years, was the father to our beautiful children. Recently, we received the devastating news that he has passed away in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

While his absence has left a void in our lives, our children have longed for the chance to say goodbye and find closure. We want to honor his memory by bringing him back to our hometown in California, where we can hold a memorial service and lay him to rest. This is a profoundly painful ordeal for my kids, who deserve to have the opportunity to grieve and celebrate the life of their dad, despite the years of separation.

Unfortunately, the financial burden of transferring him from Iowa to California, along with the costs of his cremation and memorial service, is more than we can manage at this time. As a family, we have faced our share of challenges and hardships, but this situation feels overwhelming.

I never imagined I would find myself in a position of asking for help, but with our current circumstances, we respectfully seek your support. Any contribution, no matter how small, will be immensely appreciated and will bring us one step closer to giving our father a proper farewell.
