Out of work with injury and congestive heart fail

Hi, my name is Michael, and I've been out of work since I was October only to develop congestive heart failure in January. So,I spent almost 4 weeks in North Memorial Robbinsdale getting things somewhat normal, and waiting to be transferred to the UofM Cardiac center. No openings as of yet so I'm only scheduled for a consultation.

These donations are not personally for me, but they are going towards the mounting number of bills that are piling up. Anything you can contribute towards this goal would be greatly appreciated and very helpful and I would be very humbled by them. Anything to maybe make a dent in them is a plus.
