help cameron and his family’s bills and housing

Hello, my name is Cameron. My family and I have been struggling finacially since August/September. We keep getting bills put on us and its impossible for us to get stable. We recently just got a $4,000 bill put on us from an older apartment complex from 2021 and with everything else we can’t keep up with it. We’ve been at my uncles house, which is practically unlivable. We can’t take showers or brush our teeth due to the fact the water is wellwater and has been found with harmful, deadly bacteria. Please help us
