Car stolen, recovered, needs repairs,

Hi my name is Anthony Sifuentes. I recently made a move to Billings to go to Sage Truck driving school to earn my CDL. I am a disabled veteran. I served in the military for 9.5 years and served to combat tours to Iraq. The training is 5 weeks long. I was put up at the Quality Inn Homestead for the month. I learned about this from a local job service up on the high line. I took advantage of it because why not? They paid for everything along with some funding from the VA to cover some of the expenses. School started on the 29th and that week I earned my CDL permit. The following Monday was a day off for us. That evening my 2017 Maxima was stolen from the parking lot. I called the Billings PD after I discovered it to be missing. When they finally located it they told me there was some damage done to it. I called my insurance just to find out I was not covered for something like that which I couldn't believe. So ill be going back to USAA. My cell phone and my wallet were both inside of the vehicle. Due to this I missed a couple days of written instruction and I was exited out of the CDL class. Also my motel room stay was cancelled leaving me pretty much out on the street. Damage done to my car is one right tire off the rim, they tore my dash apart in an attempt to steal the screen, the interior is full of mud and has a very strong alcohol order to it, the keys are missing and the radiator is dry. It has been in a tow yard now for a week. I, working on trying to find a way to get new IDS that way I can get a locksmith to come down and re key it. It needs a new tire, Praying the radiator isn't cracked. I'm trying to find a way to get it hauled from the yard to a local garage where they can hook it up to a computer and see if there is any other extensive damage to the computer or engine. All this adds up not to mention lodging and food. Plus the time the car has been sitting in the yard. I put up 3500 just as an estimate from a friend. If the total cost doesn't add up to the full 3500 then I will donate the rest to another go fund me or a local charity. I just want a fair chance to get my car going again and justice. I believe i was exited from the class unfairly as I did nothing wrong. My car was stolen and trashed and I feel Im being punished for that. Anything helps I greatly appreciate it.
