Car totaled in accident & medical bills

Hi ! My name is Kelli. I was in a car accident on Thursday morning. My car was totaled and I was taken to the hospital in an ambulance, and insurance will not replace my car. I am soliciting help because I do not have funds to get another car and pay for unexpected medical bills. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
