“I have been a chef for nearly 10 years, I started my training at Westminster Kingsway college in London (the same one as Jamie Oliver).

In 2016, I joined the Royal Navy Submarine Service in 2016 completing multiple operations of duty during my time in service.”

“Since joining the service I have been a personal chef to a Rear Admiral where I was selected for promotion to Leading Hand (LH). I have competed in multiple competitions and won a silver medal for best in class and a further three bronze medals. Cooking is my passion. I am pleased to announce that I have just been selected for the Combined Services Culinary Arts team.”

“Sadly, I was diagnosed with PTSD following an incident in the service which took the life of one of my close friends and colleagues through suicide , I promised him I would make him proud and so with this business I wish to make others happy through my creations, and also why 10% of all order proceeds will go directly to both a mental health charity and the Royal Naval Division Memorial Charity (RNDMC) – A small amount of money can make a huge positive impact for these guys.”

“I launched this business to grow both mine and other people’s happiness through the medium of food, in this case chocolate. The business also prides itself on eco aspect meaning that we use eco-friendly packaging. I also use local independent supplier and businesses for some of my supplies.”

All proceeds from this fundraiser will allow me to procure the equipment and supplies that I require in order to get the business off to a good start. I appreciate that I am asking for a large sum of money, but any amount no matter how big or small will be of great assistance.
