Congestive heart failure, kidney disease

Hello my name is Rodney Russell, I am pastor of Israel’s church of the living God learning center of Waukegan Illinois. I have been diagnosed with congestive heart failure and type 3 kidney disease and I would like to go to Texas to meet with a team to help me with my illness and teach me how to eat and exercise the proper way. I am asking for your help so I can live a long and healthy life.
