Cross Anchor Rescue of RI

Cross Anchor Rescue has been a dream for Sue Pellegrino for many years.   Sue wants to help helpless animals and also help people who have animals that are in helpless situations”

Cross Anchor Rescue is a non profit that will provide shelter and adoptions for all types of animals.  One goal is to help animals who have been abandoned or surrendered to find the perfect home.   Another plan is to assist people who are having difficulty with housing find a safe place for their pet during their hardship…whether looking for pet friendly housing, facing hospitalization or other hardship.  

Cross Anchor Rescue is looking for the perfect piece of land that will enable visitors to visit with our rescues, consider adoption, or just taking a pet for a therapeutic walk.  

Our rescue will also provide a mobile pet crisis van, which will enable our volunteers and to visit animals and their people in need in the community.   Our rescue will provide shelter and adoptions for all types of animals.  

We are hoping to raise $300,000 to purchase land, build a cage free shelter and staff our rescue.  We appreciate any and all support you can provide!
