Crytzer Family medical and living expenses

UPDATE: Nate is off the vent, but remains in the ICU. He is showing signs of improvement but has some ongoing health concerns and we do not know the extent of brain damage yet. Nate has a LONG road of recovery ahead and this family needs all the help the can get through this difficult time.

On August 6, Nate Crytzer was outside with his family (fiancé: Destony, 5 y/o daughter: Peyton) when he suddenly collapsed and lost consciousness. EMS performed CPR for nearly 40 minutes before Nate start breathing again. On the way to the hospital, he lost consciousness again. He was then life-flighted to a Pittsburgh hospital and placed on a vent in the ICU. The doctors are unsure of Nate’s future at this time.

With Nate being the sole provider for his family, and unable to work for the unforeseeable future, I would ask you to please consider donating at this difficult time. All proceeds will go directly to the family for whatever expenses they incur. With an unknown future, and Destony by his side as often as possible, there is no steady income to support them right now. I would like to help ease their financial burden as much as possible.
