Help my Family get away from Abuse

Hello, my name is Ethan (@EpsiPepPower) and I am an artist and a Certified Graphic Designer, and my mother is a nurse with a Major's Degree! I am here on behalf of me and my family! My father is a person that has been causing us distress for the past year.

He tore up our house to the point our lease to our house is void and we have a court date to be evicted. Today, he also had a disagreement with me where he severely hurt my left shoulder and head and he accused me of attacking him first. I had to drop the charges unless I wanted to be in jail with him for weeks. I am not a fighter but the justice system is challenging. We have no car, no way for money, no way to get a job, and soon no home.

I genuinely don't know what to do for my family so I am making this! I feel bad making this GoFundMe but I don't know what else to do. I don't know how much we need but the funds that I get will go directly into getting away from my father, a home, a car for work, and when we get all those, a doctor's visit for me.
