Lost Dog Reward!

My name is Elle, and on November 3rd, someone potentially stole my beautiful black german shepherd puppy

It's been a horrific experience, and my ultimate nightmare. Right now I need a reward incentive, since she hasn't been returned, nor brought to a shelter, nor been posted as a found dog. I'm trying everything I can do, and I need the funds to give the person who took her a reason to bring her home. Any amount is welcomed, as any hope I have now is to persuade with cash- so my puppy can come back to me!!!
