Dana Melton Richardson needs help in cancer battle

Dana Melton Richardson is a 31 year old wife and mother. She lost 50% of the vision in her right eye at 16 in a car wreck. Broke her backing in 2014 in a 4 wheeler wreck,requiring major reconstruction of her back. 3 weeks ago Dana was diagnosed with Metastatic cervical cancer with Mets to her bladder. She must undergo exploratory surgery next week to see the spread of the cancer. Over the last year she's made many trips to the ER and walk-in clinics for severe abdominal pain.because she has no insurance .  Told each time it was a urinary tract infection and given over 20 antibiotics so far this year. 3 weeks ago the pain became so severe she could not stand it, she went to the local ER where she was told it was not a primary-care place and they didn't give out pain medicine and sent home, treated like a drug seeker.  The next night the pain was even worse ,her mother and father, David and Becki Melton met her at the ER .. They did a blood and urine test that was negative. Her mother is a nurse and insisted on a CT to see what was going on. The doctor said he would do that but once it came back clear everyone needed understand the ER was not a doctor's office. Within the hour the doctor returned telling Dana he was going to order her some morphine that he was very sorry that the CT was not good and he was going to have the OBGYN doctor  to see her. He came down and told Dana her cervix had grown into her bladder. She was examined under anesthesia  and told she had metastatic cervical cancer. She was sent to Levine in Charlotte to see an OB GYN oncologist..Tentative plans are for 5 weeks of radiation every day with chemotherapy 3 days a week for 5 weeks but once they do the exploratory surgery that plan may change. Dana's husband Barry is a welder but he cannot afford the insurance that his job offers for himself or his family There are several children in the home, 1 with special needs.If you can find it in your heart to help with the expenses that will be piling up quickly we thank you .If you can't help financially please pray .We are a family of great faith and are asking God to heal Dana , her children and her family need her .Thank you and God bless you
