Davon’s fight to a cure

Davon has been diagnosed with Nodular sclerosis Hodgkin Lymphoma. He first diagnosed is April 2021. He underwent 6 months of chemo therapy and was considered in remission. Since December we noticed the lymph node in his neck growing in size. It’s been confirmed that his cancer has returned and is more aggressive being that it grew back so quickly. His treatment plan is a combination of therapies that will go on for about a year and 4 months. Chemo, radiation and a bone marrow transplant. This news is devastating to the family. We ask that you pray for his strength and recovery, and that his cancer be cured so he may go back to enjoying his childhood. Any donations are greatly appreciated as this situation has caused great financial strain on his mother and father. This fundraiser is being organized my his mother and father and all funds raised will go directly towards Davon and his care. 

Anyone who’s had the pleasure to be around Baby D knows the magic of this child! He has come such a long way overcoming adversities caused by his autism, the word brave is honestly an understatement. So please if you can take a moment and say a prayer for his fast recovery and healing as he fights this battle. Say a prayer for his dad and I as we face one of a parents worse fears, with as much strength and courage as we can offer through such a trying time. Pray that in our moments of weakness and/or despair we find solace in knowing God blessed us with such an amazing and strong little boy. I wholeheartedly believe our baby has a beautiful purpose for his life and this is just a part of the journey to his testimony.
