To help Chad Cody

This is the family at Reeds Jewelers in Myrtle Beach, SC.  Reeds has always prided itself on it's hometown and family values, and when one member of that family is hurting, we all hurt.  Our jeweler, Chad Cody, suffered a brain anuerysm  a few weeks ago, and is currently in neurological ICU, MUSC, Charleston.  Though Chad works behind the scenes, many of you know his beautiful wife, Robin, who works with us, too.  They have one daughter, Lexie, who is a junior at Socastee High School this year. 

Jewelers are not employed by us, but are contracted to work for us and are paid by the job.   Therefore, being self-employed, Chad's entire livelyhood has been affected by this. Undoubtedly, this long stay in the hospital would be a financial burden on any family, and we are asking for your help on their behalf.  The monies raised will go directly to the family, so that they can use it to it's greatest good.  Because he is still hospitalized, the sooner we can help, the greater it will be appreciated as household expenses and everyday expenses continue to accumulate.

Chad and Robin are a family of strong faith in God, a strong love for each other and strong resolve.  Working with them is a complete joy, and we want to help them any and every way we can.  We hope that you will join us in those efforts.  Thank you, in advance, for your donations, your prayers, and your willingness to help.
