Diabetic Medical Supply

Aloha my name is Mana Kaiu-Ventura! I am type 2 diabetic for 15 years and am a dependent on Diabetic Medical Supplies! My insurance company no longer covers my Supplies that I need! My physicians are trying to appeal it but till then I will have to pay out of pocket, I am running out in a few days and highly depend on these Supplies any amount is appreciated! God bless!
