Pembroke Dock Dojo Roof Repair

Save the Dojo, Help replace the Roof
Over the last few years the Dojo roof has deteriated to a point where patching it up is not enough and it needs to be replaced as soon as possible.
We are constantly having leaks and the fear is that water damage may cause serious problems to the rest of the building.
Pembroke Dock Karate Club has been at Pennar Robins in Pembroke Dock for nearly 40 years. It was built, by Graham, from donated office cabins from the Texaco refinery (Now valero), and has served the local community with Karate, self defence and fitness classes over the years.
Over this time Sensei Graham has done his best to keep the club running and train fighters and Karate Ka of all ages from all over the area.
His strength and determination, however, cannot stop rust.
We are looking for funds to purchase the steel sheets required to completely replace the roof and give Sensei Graham and all the students a place to train for the next 40 year.
We have estimates for roofing sheets of around £2500.00 along with replacement roof boards and other timbers we estimate the total for materials to be around £3000.00.
If you were a student of Grahams, or parent of a student, please consider helping out to give the next generation a chance to gain from Sensei Graham's knowledge and experience.
The club has suffered by being forced to close, due to covid, for 7 months during 2020. Any available funds have been used just keeping the doors open and the lights on.
We know times are hard but if you can spare any amount it would be gratefully received.
