Vet Bill Assistance

Hey all, Brooke here. As much as I cringe at typing this, Ive run into a bit of a financial and emotional nightmare. My sweet angel baby Leia ran into a health issue last Saturday morning and after several days of hospitalization, major surgery and another ER visit, it is with a heavy heart that I announce that I have had to put her to rest. Many of you know that Leia was so much more than a dog to me. For twelve years she was my emotional rock and helped me through some of the heaviest moments of my life. I am absolutely heartbroken and I will never fully recover from this hit.

Unfortunately, in a frenzied effort to save or extend her life, I maxed out my credit cards and used all of my savings that were saved for postnatal recovery. Due to this, Im a bit strapped and financially stressed as we have a baby on the way and the 5k that I have put aside to prepare for them has been relinquished. Any donations would be so appreciated as I try to balance my finances back out and begin the grieving process.
