Elderly Neighbors Lose EVERYTHING!!!

My name is Matt Henry. I have lived in the same home near San Antonio for almost 12 years. I have had the same wonderful friends & neighbors for that entire time, Jean Perry & Jim Losee.

 

One day after the new year of 2022, Jean & Jim had a horrible tragedy. Their home Of 15 years was burned to the ground, taking everything they worked so hard for. Basically nothing was salvagable.

 

Now my neighbors are elderly, Jim is 70! They have a plethora of health issues.

Jim: 2 heart attacks, 1 stroke, bypass surgery, congestive heart failure, kidney failure and thus, MAJOR mobility issues. In fact, Jim is having Surgery this week for a blocked artery.

Jean: She is battleing Lupus, has extreme Rheumatoid Arthritis Which require weekly injections. She has an immune deficiency disease which requires Twice a week infusions. Thus, she also has extreme Mobility issues.

 

While they are grateful to have survived the fire (they were Inside & a neighbor, Stewart, helped them escape), they were terribly worried about their cat compantion, Kitty! Kitty may not have survived as it was below freezing that night. The neighborhood pulled together And Kitty was found! They burst into tears knowing Kitty was safe and willl be taken care of during the rebilding process.

 

I am asking for donations so they can rebuild their life. Imagine losing everything you own this late in life. They will need to replace everything, rebuild, pay for temporary housing, living expenses, and unfortunately, medical costs. Jean will Have to go on Medicare next month, thus she will no longer have health insurance that pays for her injections.
