Hi, my name is Jenn, my family and I are raising funds for medical and travel expenses. Our husband/father/grandfather had an aortic aneurysm, doctors repaired it but today we found out that it's leaking. He needs emergency surgery but unfortunately, there are only a couple of hospitals that can perform this difficult surgery. He lives in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and needs to be airlifted to Grand Rapids. His wife and daughter will have to travel by car. This flight and medical care are a huge and unexpected cost.
