Emergency Need Portable Concentrator

I'm Lyle Romans and I have end stage Pulmonary Fibrosis I am currently on oxygen 24/7 My body is very sick but I have goals to go to Australia and  we finally raise enough money to buy a plane ticket but I was set back. I was told I can't bring my oxygen with me. I try hard to stay positive but if I can't get a portable concentrator then I cant go time isnt on my side so I pray for help from anyone thank you so much
