Hello everyone.. My name is Cassie Helms, Dawn Helms’ oldest of her 3 girls. We are deeply saddened to say that our mom passed early Friday morning while asleep at a friend’s house. Dawns life has been a wild ride that many of us were lucky enough of accompany her on. She was the strongest woman i know while also showing the most compassion for the people she loved, the smartest but wasn’t scared to do something reckless for pure enjoyment. Always making friends and the life of every SINGLE party (despite how embarrassing she was at times). She sacrificed so much in her life to make sure we had everything we needed and i’m blessed to call her our mother and so many blessed to call her friend. As one of you said “D is for Dawn.” Fly high Momma

All proceeds from this account will go towards planning a memorial service and celebration of life for her as well at the viewing and cremation ceremony for her daughters. This is not something any of us expected to have to plan any time soon and asking for help just seems wrong, but any donation to help us move forward and alleviate some of the financial strain is more than appreciated.
