I currently live with my older sister, who is a single mom.
The landlord recently gave a 30 day eviction notice and we are in need of money quickly.
She has always paid rent and taken care of the home and the only reason we are facing eviction is because the landlord wants to "renovate" the house and start leasing it for a higher price.
The money we need in this short amount of time is impossible to get without outside help.
All money will be going towards the new house. We will be extremely grateful for any help!
