Family Home shot up on Ewald Circle

On Saturday January 27th 2024 my 3 kids, my children's father and myself were awaken by the sounds of gun fire. I was in fear of our life, I did not know what to expect. I have an eight year old, two year old and one year old. My two youngest cry all night since the incident occurred and it’s hard for them to sleep. My eight year old is distraught and is concerned about our safety. He keep asking why this happen to us, and I don’t have an answer to give him. Even though no one was physically hurt by the grace of God, our sense of security and peace was taken from us and I can no longer stay here. So as of now we’re living with family.

I thank God everyday for protecting my family from the seven bullets that entered the home and missing all of us. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone to go through what I am going through. Mentally and emotionally I am going through it but spiritually I AM STRONG.
