Wedding Dress Fund

Hello, everyone!

As you know, Jaden and I got engaged this year and I tried my best to push off looking for that special dress, but I’ve been dreaming about it since the proposal date. I went to Emily Hart Bridal and found a contender, but wasn’t sold. I went to David’s Bridal (where I currently work part time) and found one that I thought I loved and was definitely thinking it may be the one. On October 22nd, I went to True Society in KCMO and found the dress that I’ve been dreaming of; the dress that made my mom and I both cry; the dress that I’ll be walking down the aisle to the love of my life in and that was all I could think about when I had it on. I said yes to the dress and became a #TrueBride. I will be going back in December with the rest of my bridal party to show it to them and get the process going of ordering and alterations because although our wedding isn’t until 2024, with shipping time and alteration time, it’ll take a little longer than normal. (Update: Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to get the dress last December. The next plan was to get it in October, but now that we’re moving it’s difficult for us to afford it, so anything helps!)

Now, we all know weddings are pricey and I know Jaden and I have such supportive people in our lives! If you are willing and would like to donate to my dress fund to make this decision even easier, Jaden and I BOTH would be extremely grateful. If you can’t, no worries! We have enjoyed all the love and support we’ve been receiving from everyone either way.
