10-13 for the family of retired Detective Mark Panzer. Mark retired back in 2014 from the 60th Precinct, where he spent his entire career. Sadly since his retirement, Mark had been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease coupled with other medical illnesses. Mark passed away unexpectedly on February 15, 2023. He is survived by his wife Donna and son Ryan. This page has been created to help the family with the financial burden that it faces going forward as they grieve.
