Hello all I'm Aubrey, the GM of 3 very special cocktail bars at a legendary address...6th &amp; A in the East Village: Amor Y Amargo; Honeybee's and Mother of Pearl. So many of the best and brightest in the service industry have worked at this location at one point or another and have become true leaders in the industry.  In these scary and uncertain times the service industry has taken a huge hit and many hospitality professionals have been left without employment. Like many other small businesses, ours is going through very rough times. It's not always easy to ask for help, but when it involves so many people, I feel it's my responsibility to do so. We would like to call on our beloved guests, regulars and esteemed colleagues in the industry to help out and make a donation to our amazing staff as well as the business we work so hard for.
