FST Lions Cheer 2022❗

Hey, y'all! My name is Holly Hunter and I am excited to return as a Cheer Director for the recently rebranded FST Lions!

We're an up and coming group of talented cheerleaders and we'd like to share some of our story!

 

Our cheer program isn't the biggest in numbers, but the cheerleaders have Big team spirit! We take pride in rooting on our award winning football teams and we'll cause an uproar on the sideline with our energetic stomp & shake cheers! Last year we competed in 2 competitions, but fell short. This season, we're coming for that trophy!!

We are growing our program and it is our goal to enhance the skill level of each girl on our team by offering various camps, strength/conditioning clinics and skill specific training. In doing this, we are confident that the cheerleaders will be better prepared for our games & more competitive entering competitions.

 

Our coaches and team moms are passionate about cheer and working with youth. It is important to us to be upstanding role models for the girls and show them how important self-respect, leadership and good sportsmanship are.

Many of our girls are from areas that are in decline due to a lack of forward thinking influences, positive community engagement and minimal resources.

As a result, they're in need of financial assistance to participate in cheer.

We want to be there for them and be able to offer all kids the opportunity of being apart of the best organization in North Dallas.

 

With this, we are seeking to raise funds to bring these things to reality for the girls and offset fees for registration and the many components of uniforms and other spirit items.
