Funding St Werburghs Communit Food Share
Donation protected
Bristol Families Community Food Share was set up in response to the global pandemic and achieved so many great things. Over 25 families were reliably supported through an unprecedented time-period in history. The community in and around St Werburghs Community Centre and the BS2/BS5 area have shown what can be achieved when the community acts together, with love.
Although the issues facing these families has doubtless changed, the issues are by no means solved. Families in East Bristol are still experiencing the struggles of rising food, house and energy prices. As part of this community, St Werburghs Foodshare cannot let these families down. Therefore, with the very generous help of several donors, we are rejuvenating the food share service. A new start. A fresh chapter, with an aim to help tackle the root issues surrounding food insecurity. And so is born St Werburghs Foodshare.
Thank you for the continuing support of this fantastic community,
Reuben ❤
