Fundraiser for the beautiful Elaine Moore

Life can take unexpected turns and sometimes those turns lead to unimaginable challenges.

Elaine and her family are currently facing one of those challenges as they currently confront the devastating impact of Elaine’s terminal cancer.

In August 2020 Elaine was given custody of her beautiful grandchildren at the time Molly mae being only 6 weeks old and Neveah 15 months old. 6 months later Elaine lost her beautiful sister to cancer; where her world fell apart to be then given the worst imaginable news 5 months later that she had herself been diagnosed with perennial cancer and was given 3-5 years to live. Since then Elaine has gone on to have many rounds of chemotherapy & radiotherapy all of which made her tremendously poorly, Elaine has put up a huge fight over the years, treatment sometimes resulted in positive news but after all of the treatment the cancer still managed to return, eventually spreading to her lungs, kidney, vagina, lymph nodes, bones and a 3cm malignant tuma on her brain. On the 23rd of April 2024 Elaine was given the most devastating news of only having a couple months left to live. Through all of their struggles Elaine and her husband Neil have fought day in day out, to be the most amazing Nannie and popa to their beautiful girls who they have brought up as there own and have given the girls a life and childhood full of love and magical memories even through the daily struggles of their own but as both Elaine and Neil will tell you themselves that their girls are what have keep them fighting everyday.

Both Elaine & Neil are the most selfless, kind, beautiful people who would do absolutely anything for anyone. So here is where we need you, we have made this go fund me page in the hope we can take away just a few of their worries. Elaine’s funeral alone is going to cost £5454 but that is not Elaine’s only worry, it’s her girls who they both love so very much. Neil has custody of both the girls until their 18 and any money after the funeral will go into a bank account for both Molly mae and Neveah to support them in life for if the time comes when they lose there much loved Nannie.

Here’s a few words from Elaine herself; “I love my little girls so much, they are my reason to fight everyday. I’ve been reading a book called the secret C with Neveah with the hope she will understand but I’m not sure she does and Molly mae well she just loves me. I know my time is very short and I have good and bad days but I’m always strong for my girls. I’ll always watch over them”

With Christmas being Elaine’s favourite time of year, on the 21st of July Elaine’s friends are holding a big Christmas party at the top club which Elaine is so excited for and hopes to see everyone she loves there.
