Funeral for Barbara Russo

On the morning of July 18th our mom, Barbara "B" Russo, was walking Milo as she does every morning before getting on the train to Penn Station to go to work. However, that particular morning she only made it to the front of the neighbor's house when a careless driver struck her with her car. Several neighbors heard the accident and immediately came to her aid and called 911, however, it very immediately clear that she suffered severe trauma to her head. She was taken to the closest trauma center where they were able to surgically relieve the pressure on her brain but she never regained consciousness. Despite our hope, love and prayers, our mom died on August 11th. 

B was an amazing mother who always went out of her way for others. She loved her family, job and, of course her little guy, Milo.  We will forever miss her and cherish all the wonderful memories we have with her. 

We are asking that friends and family, in lieu of sending flowers/gifts, donate whatever they wish to help us offset the cost of her funeral arrangements. 

We want to thank everyone for all the love and support you have given us and our mom during these difficult few weeks.
