Funeral, Memorial fund 4 our Beloved Holly Murphy

My name is Liz , I am organizing a fundraiser for my son Jim and his daughter Harlie to help cover funeral expenses for his beautiful wife Holly.

Holly was an amazing woman! She was a life long T1 diabetic, 5 years ago Holly went into a diabetic coma, caused by an extreme low blood sugar. The coma and low blood sugar caused an anoxic brain injury, which caused her to be a persistent vegetative state. After 5 long years of fighting, Holly's body was tired and started to fail, she left us on 12/27/2021. Holly passed away peacefully with her husband Jim and daughter Harlie holding her tight.

Holly was the most amazing Wife, Mom, & Friend anyone could have been blessed with. Holly always had the biggest most infectious smile, no matter the situation you couldn't help but be happy and smiling in her presence ! Holly and Jim were together for just over 20 years, they had the best partnership working together to make sure Harlie was always happy and well taken care of. After Holly got sick , Jim was thrown into the roll of a single dad. He has done an amazing job , working full time , taking care of their little girl, and (until covid hit) making time to go be with Holly everyday.
