Furious Maud needs cancer treatment

My darling cat Maud -- known online as Furious Maud because she has an adorably grumpy face -- was diagnosed with aggressive cancer (rectal lymphoma) last week.
She's had a lot of medical problems since I adopted her in April (at least her fifth home), and has already had lots of treatment, including fixing all her broken and cracked teeth, and removing the matted fur that was pulling at her skin. I don't think she'd ever seen a vet at her previous home, or at least not for years.
She's come on in leaps and bounds since she arrived looking like this, less than six months ago:
From a terrified, very sick cat who couldn't keep anything down, she's now constantly asking for tuna and coming to sit on my lap for cuddles.
I am absolutely in love with this cat, and was hoping to have many happy years giving her the life she should have had all along. The cancer diagnosis has been a huge blow, and I intend to do everything I can to help her survive it.
What Maud needs
Our vet has referred us to an oncologist (cancer specialist) in Guildford for further diagnosis and treatment. This is a fair way from our home in Clapham (south London) but apparently it's the nearest place that has what we need.
She's going there on Tuesday morning (earliest we could get) for examination and will likely need both an ultrasound and CT scan. These cost £1200 and £2300 respectively - £3500 total (I know, I couldn't believe it either).
There will also be the vet fee (£210), plus whatever her treatment will cost (goodness knows), specialist food and whatever else she needs. I'll also need to pay to get us there by taxi because I can't drive and won't drag a sick cat on multiple trains if I can help it.
I will cover as much of this as I can, and have already spent £4000+ on her extensive treatment to get to this point. She also got some help on GoFundMe and PayPal from some very generous individuals when she needed an abdominal scan previously, although sadly it didn't catch the cancer.
In short, I need some help giving Maud the best possible chance to get through this and have the life she deserves. She's the most wonderful, loving cat (despite the permanent rageface) and I really hope together we can help her have a happy, cosy, tuna-filled future.
