On May 10th 2024, Galen was in a horrific accident suffering from a massive stroke which led to a brain bleed and swelling leaving him in the ICU on a ventilator fighting for his life.

These funds will go towards all things medical and to help with travel expenses for his kids. He was airlifted to Springfield so they are traveling from many locations and taking time off work to be by his side. As imagined things have been extremely hard for all the kids and grandkids. We’re hoping to make this goal to take some weight off their shoulders.

Galen is strong and loved by so many. All the support and good vibes are appreciated !

We are in the process of getting things organized in hopes to have a benefit as well so we will post all information for that as soon as we know !

UPDATE 7/17/2024

Galen has been transferred out of ICU ! He’s not giving up and i know and believe it’s because he’s strong and has so many people standing behind him! Although he’s still got a long road ahead of him, we know he can continue to get better. The goal is to get him transferred to a facility in Peoria for extensive rehabilitation! I want to say thank you so much for those who have been supporting him and sharing his journey and donating to help with these expenses!
