Get a wheelchair van for my babygirl Rihanna

Hi. My name is Theresa Lewis and I'm trying to get a wheelchair van to help transport my daughter Rihanna. She is special needs and has to use a wheelchair to get around. I am currently in a regular suv and my daughter is now 14 years old. It's been hard on myself but also on her when I have to lift her up to put her in the car and get her out the car. It makes her so uncomfortable. I've been trying to find ways to get a van by looking for grants or even trying to finance it but no luck. I will use these funds to put down a down payment to use towards getting a wheelchair van. It is very important for me to get the van so that my daughter will be comfortable and with her getting bigger it is very hard on me to lift her but I do it because it's my child and I'm her only support.
