Global 24 Hour Exercise Challenge 2023!

2023 24hr Exercise Challenge 29th-30th June :

What is the challenge? Can we have at least one team member exercising around the clock - for 24 hours! In order to up the ante from previous years, we also have a target - CHARGE A CAR! We'll be converting every inch of movement into precious KWh for our imaginary EV to drive!

Who does it benefit? We'd like to pick a charity who supports with the cost of living crisis - So we picked The Trussell Trust! 'We support a nationwide network of food banks and together we provide emergency food and support to people facing hardship, and campaign for change to end the need for food banks in the UK.'
