Halletts of Whitchurch Golf Club Fundraiser

As Captain of Whitchurch Halletts I’d like to ask you to support our Fund Raising effort to help the club during this difficult period. As Rob King has already explained, the income streams available to the club have dried up to such an extent that balancing the books over the remainder of the year will be very difficult. Despite this the club continues to need its regular diet of repair and maintenance to keep it in the pristine condition we have all become used to and perhaps take somewhat for granted. A number of members have recently been extremely generous in giving their time and effort on a range of tasks which have greatly enhanced the environment in and around the club, notably the beautifully manicured planting areas surrounding the putting green. Next step is a much needed newly painted exterior. As with everything though all this work needs materials and those come with a price tag. So please consider playing your part in helping the club through these difficult days as we look hopefully for a resumption in play in the not too distant future.
