Help Amanda's Family Survive Her Passing

Donation protected
My name is Brandon Law and Amanda Robnett-Sutton was my neighbor. No, she was more than a neighbor. To my wife and I, she was a friend and a great human. To my kids, she was like an auntie. For her family, she was a mother, a wife, a friend, and the center of what made their family work. To her employer, she was dedicated and hard working. To her friends, she was everything and so much more. Amanda touched lives with compassion and humor everyday. One of the bonds we shared was having a child with Medical needs. Amanda's son Isaiah was born with a disorder related to the function of his kidneys and our daughter Alysha has short gut syndrome. I can't tell you how many times we laughed and cried as we exchanged stories related to our kids unique medical conditions. Unfortunately, Amanda was having health problems over the past couple of years. There were several hospitalizations and on March 20th 2021 she passed due to complications from COVID 19. Johnny, her loving husband, Isaiah and Malena, her cherished children and Marlie and Cora, her treasured step children couldn't say goodbye in person due to hospital protocols. Through the grace of God, Amanda's best friend, Melissa (Robbins) Avila (co-creator of this gofundme) was able to be there with Amanda in person and provide facetime opportunities for the family throughout her passing. In her death, she leaves behind a devastated family and community. This go fund me is about helping this family continue the life and education that Amanda always wanted for them. Education was so important to Amanda. She started her Salem Academy education in kindergarten and graduated in 1998. She was proud to be an SA alumni and sacrificed so much as a single parent to make sure her children had the same educational opportunities as her. As a result of that sacrifice Isaiah and Malena have grown up and gone through the Salem Academy school system and are so close to completing their mother's dream and graduating. Both kids want AND need the consistency of their friends and the SA community now more than ever. Johnny is extremely concerned about what the kids want and what Amanda wanted for them. I know the family will need help with tuition for the kids, medical expenses both past and future (Isaiah is on the verge of needing a kidney transplant and Cora already had a heart transplant), lost wages, funeral costs, and the continued cost of raising and supporting a family of five. They are now survivors, but I'm hoping with your kind donations this family can move from just surviving this tragic loss, to grieving, healing and in time thriving. All funding will go to Johnny Sutton (Amanda's husband) directly.
