Help Ashley stay in UK

Hello! My name is Ashley, I’m currently living in the UK with my Wife Gemma. I was born in the US and right now I’m on a spousal visa. However, since the last time I applied the fees have increased so much that it’s just more than I can afford right now, and the fees are expected to rise again before my application. My visa expires in March, so I need to apply by about the end of January.

I currently work two jobs, including my own business. But in the cost of living crisis it’s just hard to save the amount required. This is luckily the last time I have to properly apply, in 2026 I can apply for permanent residency/citizenship which is cheaper and less hassle. I’ve never been one to ask for anything, and I really hate even doing this.. but my whole life is in England and this is my home. thank you so much for reading!
