Help Azi Recover From Coyote Attack Injuries

I was attacked by a coyote while running on the side of the road in Stanley Park on Jan 21st. The animal came out of the trails, crossed the road and bit my leg. I fell really hard, but the animal was still there , and I had to get back up! The attempt to get up and fight for my life, resulted in another fall. The falls caused the detachment of my left hamstring muscle from the sit bone. I have torn all 3 tendons that attach the hamstring muscle to the bone. The muscle has retracted by 5 cm from the attachment point.  This is a severe injury with life-long side affects. All of these are just the physical aspects of this unfortunate accident not to mention the trauma it has put me through.
I had to go in for an EMERGENCY hamstring repair and sciatic neurolysis SURGERY on Feb 6th. The surgery was to re-attach my hamstring muscle to my sit bone as well as releasing the compression on my sciatic nerve. Immediately after the surgery, I have to go through 6 MONTHS of intensive REHAB. My full mobility and functionality will not be back to normal any sooner than the 6 months. There are 5 phases to my rehab and treatments are to be done 3-4 times a week.
As a result of the severity of my surgery and injury, I have lost my job and have had to pass on 2 other job offers. I have NO BENFITS and NONE of my treatments are paid for. I DO NOT QUALIFY for a medical leave as I was on a contract at my work and am left high and dry.  Medical EI will, hardly, cover my living expenses let alone the cost of my treatments. I am going through massive physical, emotional, and financial stress. 
I have lived an independent life all my life, and this is the very first time I am in need of support to be able to get back on my feet and go back to my normal life.
