Help BCHA buy Ag Wash
Donation protected
On 10/22/2019 The Dept of Agriculture the BCHA was put under Mandatory Quarantine as of 3:38 PM. On 10/23/19 it was confirmed that the blood work sent from sick horses tested positive for EHV1 with a Neuropathic Stain. To date 6 horses have been put down, only 2 currently have fevers.
We as a membership are raising money to buy Synbiont Ag Wash in 55 gallon drums. "Used by commercial facilities, veterinarians and professional trainers, Synbiont Ag Wash has become the preferred alternative to harmful chemicals when advancing bio security efforts."
With recent social media posts, many have offered to help clean up the BCHA. At this time the best way you can help is to stay off the property unless you are caring for a horse (practicing good bio security) and donate what you can towards our purchase of Ag Wash.
All of us at BCHA love our animals dearly, our family members, neighbors and friends love them just as much. They are great big soulful animals with such a therapeutic and majestic effect on everyone they meet. We ask to spare what you can towards our efforts in cleaning this up, as well as maintaining a clean and functional event space in the future. With this Ag Wash we will be able to properly wash before and after future events and reduce risk.
We and the horses thank you for being NEiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiborleeee!
